1.Greet every customer with a smile 2.Use the customers name at least twice
during the conversation and/or phone call 3.Always repeat information provided to the
customer to ensure correct understanding 4.Always ask if there is anything else you
can do for the customer 5.Value add where appropriate by recommending
ancillary services or information which may benefit the customer |
